Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Any item showing signs of wear or use
  • Products without original packaging

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original contents (tags, accessories, etc.)
  • Ship to: Throtlynx Returns, 2620 Seth Street, Baltimore, US 43105

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval (subject to availability)

International Returns

For our global riders (excluding some remote areas):

  • Customs fees/duties for returns are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx) for returns
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 days for international returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect gear:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
