Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products as fiercely as you stand behind your ride. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items are in original, unused condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All types of socks (found in our “Socks” category)
  • Any item showing signs of wear or use
  • Products without original packaging

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original contents (tags, accessories, etc.)
  • Ship to: Throtlynx Returns, 2620 Seth Street, Baltimore, US 43105

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval (subject to availability)

International Returns

For our global riders:

  • Customs fees/duties for returns are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx) for returns
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 days for international returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect gear:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
